BAPTIZED WE LIVE BY FAITH

As Lutherans, we believe "for by Grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not your own doing, it is the gift of God" (Ephesians 2:8).

We celebrate God's Grace in Jesus Christ by affirming our faith in One God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator, Redeemer, Sanctifier.

We celebrate God's Grace in Jesus Christ by remembering our Holy Baptism as a beginning of a way of life to be lived in the world, a life of total obedience to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

We celebrate God's Grace in Jesus Christ by sharing weekly a family meal called Holy Communion in which we believe that Jesus Christ makes Himself present to us through bread and wine, His body and blood. We believe this meal is a foretaste of the feast all believers will share at the heavenly banquet, celebrating "the Lamb who was slain, whose blood set us free to be people of God."

We celebrate God's Grace in Jesus Christ, who through the power of the Holy Spirit, opens our ears to the message of the Gospel, creating in us a new way of obedient trust.
